 Bread Roll Recipe Ingredients: 



4 Large Boiled Potatoes – destroyed 


6 Bread Slices 


1 Large Onion – meagerly slashed 


1 Large Bell Pepper (capsicum) – meagerly slashed 


4 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro (coriander/dhania) – meagerly slashed 


1 Tsp Thinly Grated Fresh Ginger 


1/2 Cup Water – for relaxing bread 


1 Cup Oil – for singing 


Oil Spray – for heating or air singing 


Flavors 


1 Tsp Salt – according to taste 


1 Tsp Red Chili Powder – discretionary 


1 Tbsp Coriander Powder 


1 Tbsp Dry Mango Powder(amchur) – discretionary 


Instructions to Make Crispy Bread Roll: 


Make the Bread Roll Dough: 


Dunk each bread cuts in water and crush to eliminate abundance water. Keep the splashed bread to the side.
