Punjabi Shahi Paneer (Restaurant Style)| Simple Shahi Paneer Recipe 


Fixings: 


Paneer cut into shapes 200-250 grams. 


To make the Gravy: 


- Butter-30 grms 


- Shah Jeera-1/2 tsp 


- Cloves-4 


- Cinnamon-1 little piece 


- Green cardamom-3 


- Black cardamom-1 


- Cashew nuts-10 nos 


- Onion cut into quarters-2 little ones gauging all out 100 grms 


- Ginger-1inch piece unpleasant slashed 


- Garlic-4 cloves slashed 


- Tomato-4 medium quartered, gauging all out 250 gms 


- Kashmiri Chillies-2 


- Salt-1 tsp 


- Bay leaf-1 no. 


- Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp 


- Kashmiri Chillli Powder-1 tsp 


- Kasuri Methi, dry cooked and squashed with hand-1/2 tsp powder 


- Cow milk, bubbled and cooled to room temperature-1/2 cup 


- Fresh cream-3 tbsp 


- Butter-20 gms 


Readiness: 


- To make the sauce, take a kadhai and warmth 30 gms spread. 


- Add the Shah Jeera and the equilibrium entire garam masalas. Fry for a couple of moments prior to adding the cashew nuts. Mix for 1/2 a min. 


- Add the onions and mix briefly. 


- Add the cleaved ginger and garlic and mix briefly. 


- Now add the tomato shapes and blend in for 1/2 every moment.

- Mix well and afterward add some water. 


- Cover and cook for 15-20 mins till the tomatoes and onions are delicate. 


- Set to the side to cool and afterward mix it in a processor adding little water whenever required. 


- Strain this sauce into a bowl to get a smooth velvety surface. Put away. 


- Cut the paneer into solid shapes. 


- Dry dish the Kasuri Methi and pulverize it with hand into an unpleasant powder. 


Cycle: 


- Take a kadhai and warmth 20 gms spread. 


- Add a narrows leaf and turn it in the spread. 


- Add the Kashmiri Chili powder and afterward the Turmeric powder. Blend it well for a 1/2 every moment. 


- Now add the mixed sauce and blend it well with the masalas. 


- Let it reach boiling point and afterward cook on mechanism for around 5-7 mins. 


- Lower warmth to least and add the milk gradually blending it constantly. 


- Cook on low for 2-3 mins while blending . 


- Now add the squashed Kasuri Methi powder and blend it well. 


- Add the paneer solid shapes and blend it. 


- Cover and stew for 2-3 mins. 


- Serve hot with roti or naan.
