Moong Daal Recipes.



Fixings: 


Moong daal 1/2 cup.

2 tablespoons Cooking Oil 


1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds 


3-4 Garlic cloves, squashed 


2 Green Chillies, finely cleaved 


1 Dry Red Chili, broken into two pieces 


1/2 teaspoon Ginger, ground 


4-5 Curry Leaves 


1/2 Tomato, diced 


1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder 


1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder 


1 teaspoon Coriander Powder, discretionary 


1½ teaspoons Lemon juice 


1½ cups Water 


1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves (cleaved) 


Salt, to taste 

Wash moong dal in water. Retain it water for 30 minutes. Dousing the dal is an optional development. If you are in surge, skirt engrossing dal water and squeezing factor cook it for 3 whistles. 


Add lemon juice and 1\2 cup water. 


Blend and bubble for 3 minutes.
