Fixings 


Oil3 – 4 Tablespoon 


Onions2 – 3, Sliced 


Peppercorn½ Teaspoon 


Cloves½ Teaspoon 


Cumin Powder1 Teaspoon 


Coriander Powder1 Teaspoon 


Red Chili Powder1 Teaspoon 


Turmeric Powder½ Teaspoon 


SaltTo Taste 


Meat Mince½ KG 


Tomato Paste1 Cup 


Tomato Puree1 Cup 


Harsh Gourd2 – 3, Diced 


WaterAs Required

Readiness 


In a container add oil and saute the onions until they become brown. 


Then, at that point add cloves, peppercorn, cumin powder, coriander powder, red stew powder and blend well for 2 minutes. 


Add turmeric powder, salt and blend well. 


Add meat mince and blend well for 5 to 6 minutes. 


Add tomato glue and blend well. Then, at that point add tomato puree and mix. 


Add harsh gourd and blend well. Add water and stew for 10 to 15 minutes. 


Embellishment with coriander and green bean stew.
