Fixings: 


- fish 750 grams (around 10-12 pieces) 


- Onions-3 medium,sliced (1 medium estimated onion ought to weigh around 75 gms.) 


For marination: 


- Salt-1 tsp 


- Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp 


- Red Chili powder-1 tsp 


For the glue: 


- Cumin seeds-5 tsp 


- Mustard seeds-1 tsp 


- Poppy seeds or Khuskhus-1 tsp 


- Coriander powder-1 tsp 


- Red Chili powder-1.5 


- tsp 


- Garlic units stripped 25 nos ( around 30 gms) 


- Salt-1/2 tsp 


- Oil-4 tbsp + oil for sautéing the fish 


- Coconut milk-300 ml 


Arrangement: 


- Clean and wash the fish pieces. Marinate with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp red Chili powder. 


- To make the glue, dry dish the cumin seeds, mustard seeds and poppy seeds. Cool and crush to a powder. Presently add the coriander powder, 1.5 tsp red Chili powder and stripped garlic cloves. Crush it once to blend everything. Presently add water and crush to a smooth glue. Put away for utilize later. 


- Slice the 3 medium onions. 


- Prepare the coconut milk. 


Cycle: 


- Take a skillet and warmth oil. Add half of the fish pieces one next to the other. 

Fry on medium warmth for around 2-3 mins. Turn them again and fry for another 2-3 mins on medium warmth. 


- Repeat again till it is equally seared. Eliminate and rehash the cycle for the equilibrium pieces. 


- Now take a kadhai and warmth 4 tbsp oil. 


- Add the cut onions and fry on high to medium warmth till light brown. This should take around 10 mins. 


- Now add the ground glue and fry for 2 mins. 


- Add 1/2 tsp salt and fry on medium warmth for around 5 mins. Bhuno till the masala is seared well and oil isolates. 


- Add the coconut milk, blend and cook it for 5 mins. 


- Put in the seared fish pieces tenderly, blend and cook covered for around 15 mins. 


- Serve with hot rice
