Elements for Egg Noodles :
- Eggs-3 nos.
- Noodles-1 pack (150 gms.) adequate for 2 people
- Garlic, fine cut 5 cloves
- Spring onion/scallions, whites-2 tbsp

- Shredded cabbage-1 cup
- Carrots, fine sliced(like sticks)- 1 cup
- Green peppers/Capsicum, fine cut 1 cup
- Soy sauce-1 tsp
- Vinegar-1 tsp
- Green Chili Sauce-2 tsp
- Red Chili Sauce-1 tsp
- Salt and pepper to prepare
- Oil
Planning
- Fine cut the garlic cloves, carrots, green peppers and shred the cabbage.
- Chop the white and green piece of spring onions/scallions.
To heat up the noodles, adhere to the guidelines on the parcel.

- For 150 gm noodles, heat 1.5 liters of water in a skillet on high warmth till it reaches boiling point.
