Easy chicken curry. Chicken seasoning.
Elements for Simple Chicken Curry: 
- Chicken-1 kg 
- Onion, unpleasant cleaved 4 medium 
- Ginger, squashed 2 tsp 
- Garlic, squashed 2 tsp 
- Tomatoes, generally cleaved 3 medium 
- Green chillies, thick cleaved 3 nos. 
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp 
- Red Chili Powder-1.5 tsp 
- Readymade Chicken Masala-1 tbsp (locally acquired) 
- Salt-1.5 tsp 
- Refined Oil-4-5 tbsp.
Readiness: 
- Clean and wash the chicken pieces and keep it to deplete. 
- Roughly cleave the onions, tomatoes and green chillies. 
- Peel and pound the ginger and garlic cloves. 
Interaction: 
- Heat oil in a container or kadai and add the cleaved onions. 
- Fry on high warmth for 10 mins till brown in shading. 
- Add the squashed ginger and garlic and fry on medium warmth for 2 mins. 
- Add the slashed tomatoes and green chillies and fry on medium warmth for 2 mins. 
- Add the turmeric powder and blend and fry on medium warmth for around 3 mins till tomatoes are delicate. 
- Now add the chicken pieces and fry on high warmth for 2-3 mins till the chicken pieces are seared. 
- Add the readymade chicken masala, red Chili powder and salt, blend and bhunno on high warmth for 5 mins. Keep on browning on medium warmth for another 5 mins. 
- Now add 200 ml water and cook on low warmth for around 20 mins till the chicken pieces are delicate and oil isolates
