Elements for Hot and Sweet Chicken: 


- Boneless Chicken cut into strips-300 gms 


(All estimations utilizing US spoon measures) 


first Marinade : 


- Salt-1/4 tsp 


- Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp 


- Dark Soy Sauce-1/4 tsp 


second Marinade/Batter: 


- All Purpose Flour (Maida)- 2 tbsp 


- Cornflour-2 tbsp 


- Baking Powder-1/4 tsp 


- Salt-1/4 tsp 


- Egg white-1 


- Chilled water-3 tbsp 


Hot and Sweet Sauce : 


- Tomato Ketchup-4 tbsp 


- Red Chili Sauce-2 tbsp 


- White Vinegar-2 tsp 


- Honey-2 tsp 


- Dark Soy Sauce-1/2 tsp 


Different Ingredients: 


- Ginger slashed 2 tsp 


- Garlic slashed 3 tsp 


- Spring onion white, slashed - 4 tsp 


- Spring onion greens, slashed for decorate 2 tbsp 


- Refined oil-1.5 tbsp + oil for profound singing 


- Water subsequent to adding sauce-2 tbsp 


Planning: 


- chicken wash and leave the pieces.

- Ginger garlic chop.spring onion white and green.

- Add every one of the elements for the second marinade/hitter to the marinated chicken and blend well. 


Interaction: 


- Heat oil for profound singing in a skillet or wok or kadai. 


- Once the oil is medium hot, take battered chicken fingers each in turn and drop them in oil one next to the other to not swarm the container.

- Now add the seared chicken tenders, give a blend and keep on mixing fry to cover the chicken tenders well with the sauce. This should take around 2 mins. 


- Garnish with hacked spring onions  greens. Throw it well and serve.
